Describe the photo: Vocabulary associated with objects

A textbook photo always shows the same table. Your fridge has different magnets. Those are exactly the ones you want to be able to name.

Photo Mode: Choose a picture, describe what’s in it in German, ask for help if a word is missing. Then add three new words to your own list.

I’m not taking pictures of the apartment for the gallery. I’m taking a picture of the stove because I never automatically say “herunterschalten.”

Objects plus sentences beat bare lists. The object stays in the room; the word gets checked off the list.
